Heritage bunglows pf Kalimpong

Colonial Bungalows built by British wool traders during the "Raj" period, located on Ringkingping  and Hill Top Roads. These include Surya Sadan, Crockety, Galingka, Morgan House, Tashiding, Ringking Farm (Metal Box Company of Calcutta during British era). Of these, Morgan House and Tashiding, now Government Tourist Lodges, can be peeped at from  outside the gate as these most important tourist spots are restricted to enter by the outside tourists except its in houseguests.. I interacted with so many visiting tourists and resented to the government of West Bengal tourist authority why such beautiful tourists' atraction is debarred to entry to take a photogrph and to have a cup of coffee there. It should be opended for all so as to take a sweet memory of this haunted house, Morgan House.

Galingka (often spelled Galinka) is a historic, British-era bungalow located on Hilltop Road in Kalimpong, West Bengal. Built in the 18th century by wool traders, it is renowned for its delicate colonial architecture and acts as a scenic, serene viewpoint for the majestic Kanchenjunga range

The room ad\re adored with memorabilas photographs and artifacts is related to the Roerich family.
